Our technicians use organic tinting pigment instead of non-aniline pigment because the formulation of organic pigment is hypo-allergenic. Organic pigment aids in the color retention process, and makes the pigment heavier so it can set into the hair follicle better. The alumina hydroxide in organic pigment also “shrouds” the pigment molecules, preventing the pigment from reacting with the skin tissue directly, avoiding a severe allergic reaction to the serviced area.

What are Lash Extensions?
Eyelash extensions are semipermanent lashes that are hand-glued on top of your natural lashes. Lash extensions are glued on individually and can be customized to your desired look and eye shape that give you the look and feel of real authentic lashes without damaging your natural lashes.
Do I need to prep before my appointment?
Prior to your appointment, please arrive to our salon without eye makeup such as eyeshadow, liner, and mascara on your lashes. We recommend you wash your face prior to your appointment.
How often should I come in for lash refills?
We recommend you come in every two weeks for a refill to maintain the volume of your lash extensions. The longer you wait for a fill-in, the more lashes you’ll need during your fill-in.
Can I swim, shower or exercise while wearing lash extensions?
Yes, but please refrain from getting your new lashes wet for at-least 24 hours after your service.
Will it ruin or cause my natural lashes to fall off?
No, our technicians are highly trained and will put your lashes on properly to prevent this from happening. Just like the hair on your head, your natural lashes go through a shedding process, so some of your lash extensions will come off with your natural lash but it will not damage the follicle of the natural lash itself.
How long does it take to apply lash extensions?
The procedure takes approximately 2 hours depending on the volume of your natural lashes and the desired style of lash extensions.
How do I take care of my new lash extensions?
After your appointment, we will supply you with a mascara (spoolie) wand that you can use to comb and separate your lashes as they can become intertwined when you are sleeping. When you are washing your face, refrain from using any cleansers that contain oils, this can break down the glue adhesive that bonds the lash extensions to your real lashes. We recommend using oil free pads to clean off your eye makeup by gently swiping your eyes using a downward motion rather than a side to side motion. We also recommend you avoid rubbing or tugging at your lashes abrasively as this will cause them to fall out over time.
How long will my new lashes last?
Lash Extensions can typically remain full for 2-3 weeks, but beyond that, the lashes will gradually fall out on their own if you aren’t coming in for regular refills. With regular fill-ins, your lashes will last indefinitely.

Different things go into the decision process of choosing the right eyelash extensions for your lash application. From physical traits like eye shape and natural lash properties to lifestyle indicators like maintenance routine and activity choices, a number of items are evaluated by your lash technician to select the best eyelash extension lengths, thicknesses, and curl styles for your application.
